The exterior of the property is pleasant and well maintained. Location is good and the room was quiet. The A/C worked well and the bed was comfortable. This was our fourth stay and we had 2 rooms for 2 nights. The furniture was dirty as was the exterior of the micro and the fridge in 107. The housekeeping staff did a poor job in our room. The bedskirt was stained and the carpet was old and needs replacing. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom large. The TV was good. The other room we had contained a nice recliner and was cleaner than the one we occupied.

We had to move the nightstand to find an outlet and that area was very dirty. The walls were clean and the bathroom was cleaned but no dusting had been done in a very long time in the one room. If this room was cleaned properly, all would be well as the furnishing are OK as is the lobby and breakfast area. $69.99 is high for this kind of place given the intense amount of local competition and their pricing. If the room had been clean, there would have been no concern with the price since that is not as important to us as is cleanliness. It is not a bad property buthousekeeping supervision is lacking.

Room Tip: Evaluate the cleanliness on your own.

Great place to stay. I enjoyed everything about it. Quiet place in town. Rooms are up to date and amazing. Couldn't get any cleaner.
