Large Halls for those who worship for Buddha. You could see a number of Laughing Buddha's statues and Dragon statues, which revels this temple break down from Chinese Tradition. There's a pastry shop, which is selling food for cheaper. Remember you should remove your foot ware before you enter the temple.

This temple is huge. We were greeted by some laughing Buddha statues outside the entrance to the foyer. One of them caught my attention because he holds a microphone! The place looks new and very clean. There are patrolling security guards. We walked around the perimeter of the temple. We saw lots of engraved paintings along its walls. There is a school behind the temple. If you are hungry, there is a vegetarian restaurant. Souvenir shops dotted the place too. A Chinese medical clinic gives free treatment for the poor. Seats and benches are available or tired feet. There is a feeling of tranquility and peace about the place.

I never knew such a place existed in Batam, it was a pleasant surprise. The place is clean and the compound is huge. It’s a place of worship but I would think sightseeing is welcomed (just be respectful). Items at the souvenir shop are reasonably priced.

Ww are not buddhist but the place is a good stop for picture taking. They have the 12 chinese zodiac, nicely done. And some other cute statues. You can also try the vegetarian restaurant

Place for Buddhist worship with nice range of vegetarian food in the restaurant. Quite Surprised to see a well built Buddhist temple here.

Only spend 30mins as i already had my meal and did not try out any of the vegetarian food.
