We reviewed other tripadvisor.com reviews and we decided to try Juniors for lunch. What a great little place to eat! First of all, it is a "walk up" to order place and they call your number when it's ready by the little digital pager. The restaurant is clean and stylish inside. Surprisingly big. too. They could definitely accommodate larger parties. They had a special of the day, so hubby ordered that. It was the Mahi Mahi Tacos. Oh my! They were super yummy. The blackening seasoning used at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. They did something great to their tomatoes, too. Like they were sitting in a lime cilantro seasoning. They were so good. I ordered the shrimp and grits. They blackened the shrimp and the cheese grits were fantastic. It had about 5 shrimp and plenty of sausage and bacon chucks to add lots of flavor. The grits were perfect. I will definitely be back for more ordered of this item.

People were super friendly, from the sweetheart of a woman who took our order to the owners that walked around to check on their customers.

Stopped by before heading to beach. Great little spot for lunch. Tried shrimp, blackened Maui & some apps. Everything excellent! Quick hot & fresh. Definitely will stop again. Very reasonable prices & big servings.

My wife and I are travelling home after 8 weeks in Florida. We stopped at a Comfort Inn in Yulee, FL. We asked the Mgr. for a recommendation for a good seafood restaurant in the area and he pointed us to Junior's.

The Jumbo Shrimp we had were excellent. Everyone there was friendly and very welcoming. We travel back to Florida again in March and will certainly plan to stop there again..

We don't eat out much, but we've been back a half a dozen times since they have opened. NEVER disappointed. Usually ordered their shrimp special. Not a big fan of hush puppies, but we like theirs. We think that everything tastes like they fried it in brand new oil. Order at the counter and pick it up when it is ready, or they deliver it to your table if they are at all slow. Manger almost always comes by to check that his customers are satisfied. They could school other restaurant owners on customer service. So glad they opened a branch here, it is our go-to place for seafood. They even have senior pricing and normally a Wednesday special. Great place - highly recommended.

We were told about this place by a local book store manager. We were really surprised by the service and quality of the food.The owner walked around talking to people and spent about 5 minutes with us. The food was great, servings large, prices reasonable. Most people were taking to go boxes with them. They have only been open 6 months, but have another place in Jacksonville. I quarantee that we will be going back every time that we go back to Fernandina Beach, twice a year. This place is a winner.
