We arrived at Ike's just in time for lunch. While we waited for our meal we spotted dolphins, otters and turtles in the river and after enjoying the excellent food and service, we then took a trip down to the Gulf on the boat which is moored on the pontoon just in front of the restaurant. We enjoyed our lunch so much that we returned to the restaurant in the evening for dinner. A really wonderful and unique experience, which I can thoroughly recommend.

We stopped in for a few appetizers and they were awesome. Conch fritters and corn chowder plus great local beer and an awesome view!

Had good reviews before we ate there. But there were out of several dishes early sat evening and then ran out of some desserts. Food was just mediocre and nothing special with portions only average. Prices on the high side for that area.

The blacken catfish I ordered was soggy and not very appetizing. My husband's fried fish was okay. The red potatoes with parsley had a strong taste, like old potatoes. I will say one good thing about Ike's, the server was polite and friendly. Overall, the quality of food was not worth the price. I would not visit Ike's again.
