I have eaten here multiple times and food has always been great. It is next to impossible to get a reservation a few days in advance, so going for lunch is a great option! Truffle fries are my favorite.

As Europeans who spent two weeks eating in various Florida restaurants this was by far the best and in my view is the only one that would receive a rating in Michelin, the de facto restaurant guide in the UK and France. The food was cooked beautifully with a variety of tastes and textures with each course. Unlike most other restaurants it was not "bulked up" by large quantities of mashed potato or rice. We focused on the fish with lemongrass cured snapper to start and the grouper and flounder as main courses. The microbrews beers were also excellent. In particular we enjoyed being able to relax between courses and not having the bill (check) slapped in front of us as soon as we finished.

This venue came highly recommended so our party of three decided to try it; easy to find and plenty of parking on the street.

The menu is rather small but had a selection of one entree in each category - chicken, beef, lamb, fish. Appetizers were eclectic at best. Everything initially seemed overpriced, especially for Orlando, although this is not where a family visiting Disney would go.

Atmosphere-wise, it is one big room which was loud. The tables are close together, almost too intimate with your neighbor.

The food was just OK, and nothing to rave about. That said, one entree (beef) arrived not hot and another arrived with a side not ordered (allergy). The food was highly salted which gave us the impression it was covering up the lack of freshness, flavor, etc. The beef was way too salty. The portions were small.

The service is where this place stinks - it was nothing short of horrible. The server hovered over our party and regularly interrupted conversations. It was almost as if he was trying to speed us along. When we didn't acknowledge him right away, he "huffed and puffed". After that, the service got worse, as if he was punishing us for "ignoring" him, so he ignored us.

It seems like this place has plenty of "regulars" who are treated much better. While I understand this, don't intersperse their tables with those who are getting rotten service.

Cost-wise, for the size portions and the bad service, this place is way overpriced.

All-in-all, we've crossed the Pig off our list and won't ever go back.

Couldn't believe the great service and food! Fast, efficient, warm and no feeling of a typical wedding meal. There were about 100 of us that took over the restaurant. We had an excellent selection partially family style along with a main. Initial cheese plate was yummy with odds and ends of other flavorful items. Great salad with a soft boiled egg topper! I had prime rib that was 3 inches thick perfectly rare and gently warm and done to perfection! Dessert was family style - the bread pudding bites were awesome. I highly recommend this for small corporate events, taking out clients for a mini wow factor.

Orlando Magazine named this hotspot the area's best restaurant of 2013. The intention is a comfortably casual atmosphere that serves homey yet creative cuisine, per the gastropub model. They succeed admirably.
