I will long remember last Friday evening (8/19) at Luma's on Park. 'Exceptional service, memorable food and wine, and some of the finest ambiance anywhere - 'the best I have experienced in years!
My Ahi Tuna was what I would call 'sushi-grade', both fresh and tender . . . placed atop a lightly ginger (and other) flavored, slaw-type vegetable bed. Over it all was a perfectly placed/shaped lite-habanero Italian iced topping. The combination was quite unusual, but totally satisfying!
They take what you would expect in food and service . . . and elevate it to exceptional!
From the truffle popcorn and wine ('Just ask - I found their suggestions to compliment my meal to be 'spot-on') . . . to the incredible combinations of flavorful spices, garnishes, and thoughtful food presentations - nice, very-very nice.
Do go early, and stay late - this is a fun place to dine.
Don't miss the dessert. 'Save room - it's well worth it!
