We went expecting a simple "hot pot" (noodle) restaurant, but we were surprised. In a good way.
The idea is that you are given a pot of boiling broth and to that you add whatever vegetables, meats, and noodles to it.
It's kind of like a fondue restaurant in the execution.
You make your choice of broth (and how spicy).
Once you've decided that, you can decide on what you want to cook in that broth - they have a HUGE variety of choices including any kind of meat or seafood you want as well as a wide range of vegetables (bok choy, watercress, ...). Additionally you can get tofu, dumplings, shrimp balls, etc.
It was great and a lot of fun. Will definitely return.
