“Strictly for families with children under 8”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 17, 2012 via mobile

This place is too expensive for what you get($70ish bucks per an adult). For the amount of money you pay to go here, you really deserve more. For ten bucks more, you could go to Seaworld or one of the Disney Parks.

There just isn't a lot to see here. There are no table service restaurants, only a handful of actual rides, no alcohol, and very little shade. While the rides they do have will appeal to small children, adults and older kids will bored. Skip it.

“Limited ages will enjoy this”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 15, 2012

We took our 6 and 8 year old grandsons to this park. There are limited attractions that appealed to the 8 year old, and a few more that the 6 year old enjoyed. Two of the coasters were broken and inoperable the day we were there. Overall an expensive park for what you get compared to the Disney parks. We won't be going there again.

“Great for smaller kids, less crowded than the other theme parks.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 15, 2012

Went with my child's first grade field trip. It was fun, but now that we've done it, we're done. The grounds are georgeous since it is built into the old Cypress Gardens and there are a few rollercoasters that we enjoyed. It's fascinating to see all the stuff that can be built with Legos. I would reccomend going once, but unless your kid is just crazy about Legos I wouldn't bother with a season pass.

“For younger children, not as big, but no crowds”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 14, 2012

Children ages 4-12 will enjoy this. I think older children will find it too juvenile. We brought our 10 year old and it was just perfect for him. There aren't a lot of thrill rides, but that also makes it a great choice for young children or children with medical issues who cannot handle a park full of thrill rides. Plenty of theme rides.
* About 45 minutes away from Orlando
* Parking is not free
* Not crowded, a nice break from other parks
* Lots of creations made from legos. Lego fanatics and artists will enjoy it.
* Unique items in the gift shops
* Live shows on the harbor are interactive and fun
* Closes early, 5:00

In short, don't skip it. Will take around a day

“Could be better”

I feel Legoland is a little overpriced, they could have longer hours on the weekend. It was not at all like I thought it would be
