We arrived at the hotel on a Friday afternoon and were able to check in at 1:30pm. Room was exactly as I requested. (2 beds, high floor, away from elevator.) No issues with dates or rate as experienced by another poster.

The room and hotel were in great condition, clean and appeared to be very new. They were even steam cleaning the tile in the entryway when we arrived.

Had dinner at Outback, just at the end of the parking lot as another poster indicated. (A Red Lobster was also at the other corner of the lot.) There were also many restaurants nearby, we did not have a car, so we decided not to walk anywhere else. We had a nice (free) breakfast, with hot bisuits and gravy in the lobby in the AM.

The hotel was very quiet, so I was surprised that all the tables were filled with guests at breakfast, it was not a problem...there always seemed to be someone leaving as another party came to eat. I did not see anyone waiting.

There was a closed hotel next door, that is going to be demolished and rebuilt as Holiday Inn next year. I was told the same ownership of the Hampton will be building the Holiday Inn. I did not see construction yet, but when it starts you may want to request a room at the back of the Hampton Inn to avoid it.

The hotel had free hi-speed interent access in the room (wired), but wifi was not available. They also had a business center with a computer downstairs near the front desk for guest use.

I would certainly stay again. No complaints whatsoever.

Stayed one night. Lobby was ok, front desk person was pleasant, room was clean and furniture and linens seemed new. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It was quiet. Shower curtain looked new. Didn't get a chance to eat the continental breakfast but it looked like the standard fare. Had Coffee dispensers including "robust" and different flavored creamers. It's not the Taj Mahal but I'd stay there again.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Cypress Gardens. The hotel was fine. The room was very clean & everything looked new. The hotel is adding on more rooms but we did not see or hear any construction since we were there on a weekend. The pool was closed because of the construction but guests were allowed to use the pool at the hotel next door. I think it was a Days Inn.

The rooms have free high speed internet access. We didn't have a laptop with us so I didn't try it but have used it at other Hampton Inns w/o a problem. We did use the computer in the "business center" to check the cypress gardens web site.

The free breakfast in the lobby was okay. About what you would expect for free in a modest hotel. The lobby was clean & well maintained.

Another bonus was that there were 2 decent restaurants literally in front of the hotel, Outback Steakhouse and Red Lobster. We were able to walk to dinner from our room in 2 minutes or less.

I travel a lot and been in a ton of hotels and this is the biggest joke hotel for the business travel or whomever. I made 3 sperate one week stays and everything to my personal information to the dates of my travels were completely wrong. WOW!!! I only stayed one night and then just left!!! Due to State Farm main building near by most of the hotels are books including this one. Don't attempt to stay here then wait until the last minute to find somewhere else.
