We have dined at this establishment many times over the last 15 years and will continue to return. The broiled seafood is delicious and always fresh. The early bird provides an even greater value. We look to our visit next year!

This place is so tired--food, decor, service. And on top of that it's expensive. Save your money.

On entering the establishment a sign states no party will be seated unless complete. This restaurant may have seen better days. The atmosphere was old, the service was adequate, the menu was sparse and the food was of mid to low quality at a premium price.

Starting with the menu. There were precious few options. The price was moderate to high. In this dinner's opinion, one would have a much better selection at a popular chair establishment.

We could not find a selection that would suite or desire, so we ordered Conq choweder and an appetizer only. The soup had a bitter after taste, and the appetizer appeared to have been instiutionally purhased and simply warmed at the restaurant. The bread which was served was of low quality in both density, texture, and of virtually no taste. The muffins included with the basket were of the Bisquick variety.

The service was adequate and somewhat attentive, but again one receives better service at any of the miriad of chain establishments in this community.

All in all there was absolutely nothing this dinner and companion would describe as enjoyable. We have read many of the other reviews for the restuarnt, and find it difficult to understand how we could feel so different about an establismnet.

Eat at a quick food establisment rather than come to The Old Seafood House.

We got a great tip from our hotel manager and went here for dinner. Wow. The food was amazing. It's not inexpensive, but for Fort Lauderdale, it's about what one might expect. We had lobster tails that tasted like butter - the best I've ever had. We also tried a tilapia francaise that was outstanding. Highly recommended.
