We loved Candela so much that on a recent ten day stay in Ft. Lauderdale we dined there three times. Authentic food, very reasonable prices, great service and a passionate commitment to excellence on the part of the owners and staff make this restaurant a keeper. By the time we left Florida we felt like family. Each time we listened to the recommendations made by Armando, his wife, and the staff and were never let down. The rabbit was as good as anything I've had in Italy and the fideu (sp?) noodles cooked in black squid ink are worth a journey. The wine list is excellent and very reasonable. The place is easy to find and we always found parking right in front. A winner on all counts.
