The food was excellent as far as Wendy's goes - hot, tasty and as ordered. Service was very slow - had I known in advance I would have left.
The problem was that I tried to pay by credit card and while the cashier said it did not go through the little unit you put the card in said it did - now it did take longer than usual so I thought maybe it did not so tried again and the card was not accepted so as there was a line up I paid cash. Later upon reviewing my credit card statement online I see the charge for Wendy's - so I paid twice. I have written Wendy's head office and have heard nothing. So is this a scam by a cashier?, an honest mistake ? I do not know but suggest you not be fooled like I was into believing a card was not accepted according to the cashier when machine says it was.
