We called ahead for a reservation, so it was nice to have a table ready. All staff & chef was friendly & attentive, but our server was very young & inexperienced, perhaps she should be a hostess. Wine was ok, I'd appreciate a little more selection even if I had to pay more, such as a good red zin. The st Louis style ribs were good, but the baby back ribs were better...so good, sauce no it needed.wish the Mac n cheese was creamier, but had good flavor. Apple pie was very good, our server didn't know the difference between flan & pie, but the staff cheerfully made the switch. One more picky note; the floor in the gal's bath has broken tiles which could be easily fixed to match the rest of the nice decor & detail. We will come back to try more selections. We want these folks to be popular.
