Owner description: Catch some rays while watching the surf at this beautiful pink sand beach.

I am not too sure what people are expecting of an Atlantic facing, high-wave beach. OF COURSE THERE IS SOME SEAWEED!!! And no one is going to just spend their free time hopping from 1 of Antigua 365 public beaches to another to clean it up of seaweed just out of good will. Come on people! This is nature not Sandals. Get over it. The views are great, it is secluded and it is great for some body surfing and a little exercise. There is beautiful bush surrounding the area so go exploring and bring a machete to chop open some fresh coconuts. I had a blast when I visited this beach with some friends. And coming from an island where there is very little surf, was given some good advice, "when in doubt, dive under the wave". Dive as deep as you can and let the wave pass over you. That way you don't get caught in its spiral. It was a day of learning for me. But so much fun.

A beautiful unspoilt bay with white sand and lovely views. It was really quiet with no Cruise ship passengers. No loungers so you have to take your towels and sit on the sand.

just around the corner from the Mill Reef club - this beach can get a bit windy. But if you take a walk to left of the entrance, its quite protected and lovely to hang out for the day. Pack a picnic lunch in a cooler and enjoy lunch or early afternoon tea while you swim. You can also walk around to Mill Reef and catch a cocktail there - just remember shoes!

We went to this beach on a rainy day but I still enjoyed it. The sand is amazingly soft and the water so clear.

It's a bit out of the way and you'll need a car to get here, but worthwhile. It makes for a lovely walk and very interesting to see the old, abandonned hotel which is just off to the site. It's worth walking the entire length of the beach as it's especially beautiful at both far ends. Really enjoyed it and had it almost to ourselves!
