Stayed here for 3 nights in a suite with my wife and 2 young kids. For $129 a night we felt like it was a great deal. The rooms were a little dated and the sofa bed was on it's last legs, but overall we enjoyed the property quite a bit. Good customer service all around, the food at the family restaurant was good, and the pool was very nice. There were not a lot of people staying here it felt like, but that is a bonus to me.

Really!? Knocking loud at 8:40AM Sat. morning?
Well I'm knocking this review down to average.
Got 2-night stay via $60/night grand total voucher,
so value was above average. 3rd floor room has no view
of former golf course due to trees at window. No fridge.
Building 3 fairly quiet but got impression there are many
long term middle class ?corporate? residents at this resort...?

Thank you for providing us with your feedback regarding your recent stay at our resort. We do apologize for any inconveniences our Housekeeping staff may have caused you on Saturday morning during their morning rounds. Typically, our housekeeping staff begins their rounds at 8:30 am on weekends, unless there is a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. However, we will revisit this practice in order to avoid any future disturbances to our guests. We will also have our landscapers look at the foliage surrounding the view from building 3 - thank you for letting us know, as this if the first issue we have received. We do hope that these circumstances will not prevent you from visiting with us again in the future.

Provided an ok stay with all the basic amenities but not particularly clean and very shabby. Had to request another room as the first one smelt very damp and the carpets were filthy. Nothing in the kitchenette except a coffee machine...had to request everything from cutlery and cups to plates and glasses. Staff were reasonably friendly. Hidden parking costs were not expected on checkout. Will definitely not return unless vast improvements made.

Room Tip: Ask for replacement if not happy

Thank you for letting us know about your recent stay at our resort. We are very sorry for the lack of cleanliness of your guest room; we have addressed this with our Executive Housekeeper so that we can improve our performance in this particular area. Additionally, while we do not provide cooking or eating utensils (they are reserved for the unit owner), we are always happy to provide these items upon request and we do have three F&B outlets available to meet our guests needs. Our parking charges have been put in place to guarantee a parking space directly in front of thier guest buidlings, which we hope you enjoyed during your visit. We do hope that these issues will not prevent you from visiting with us again in the future. We appreciate your feedback.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place and its workers. I was greeted by a friendly/helpful smile of Denitsa, who blew me away with her excellent customer service skills during the entire trip. I stayed in the hotel for business and then pleasure from 7/16/13-7/20/13 and was accommodated in everyway possible. Her and co-worker Brett went out of their way and off hotel grounds to buy a frying pan with no issues/remarks, which I had request to cook with. NO WHERE ELSE WOULD YOU GET THIS GREAT SERVICE!!!!

I have stayed at Bonaventure numerous times and it is slowly going down hill. The rooms are nice just a little outdated and some are developing the old Florida smell. The new thing is they charge $8.00 a day for self parking which is ridiculous. This is not a downtown or beach hotel with limited parking but a resort with ample parking except if you stay in building three. I have been placed two times in row in building three and sometimes there is a challenge to find parking. During my stay it rained almost everyday and all day and I noticed there was numerous employees parking in the prime spots in front of the building. I was forced to park further away from the covered areas while the resort's employees parked in the prime parking spots. Being charged for parking that is not convenient is one of the little things that have me looking for another place to stay on my travels to south Florida

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a balcony so you can air the room out.

Thank you for your valuable feedback regarding your recent stay at our resort. We are sorry that you are displeased with our new parking fee. However, we put this program in place to 1) guarantee our guests a parking space in front of their guest buildings (point in case, the issue you encountered at building 3); and 2) to provided added security to all of our guests. If your future business travels include a return trip to our resort, we would be happy to discuss waiving your parking fee - please contact our Executive Office for more details. We appreciate your feedback and hope that these issues will not prevent you from staying with us in the future.

Was here for a wedding on site May 30-June 1. Resort and rooms nice, although we never received towel service-- staff helpful and food good too! Loved Ray at the pool bar- he learned everyone's names and where we were from.

Went for a a night and stayed for a week. Unparalleled customer service from the time I enter to lobby, from the front desk staff, Kesha and Denitsa. Then the from the valet Joe, to the spacious rooms. The pool area is a plus at this Hotel! This is a property to visit.
