It is the best Hotel Option in the Weston Area. Definitely the other options around are not worthy. Huge Hotel and if you are lucky you get a well maintained room and good service.

After using Trip Advisor for so long, I figured it was time for me to write one. My family and I (2 adults, 3 kids) have been coming to the Hyatt during Christmas for 4 years. Our family loves it. Last year , when they gave us the wrong suite (we ended up with a handicapped room which was fine but had only one bathroom), they offered us the adjoining room complimentary. That was great. We had asked this year for building 3 0r 4 (by the main pool), no problem, we got it. Staff are always saying 'hello', my wife actually waited for the housekeeper one day as she wanted to continue the conversation from the day before. All of used the gym (great), had drinks and food at the pool (great again), the bar staff at the pool were a lot of fun, especially during the football games. We ask for extra towels, no problem, they even brought us towels at night and removed the old ones without us even asking. Can't wait for next year.

Room Tip: Building 3 and 4 or nearest to the main pool.

This hotel is a very nice stay of you are here for a convention like I am. There is a gold course right next door also.

However, if you want to visit the beach and nightlife areas in Ft.Lauderdale, its a 20 minute $50 cab ride.

This is the only downside to staying here.

Room Tip: building 8 is next to the small pool. there is a large pool also, but a fair hike away.

Just got back from a 2 night stay. Really nice place. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Huge bathrooms, huge lcd TV, and nice amenities. All of the rooms are in separate buildings surrounding the main building, which has the restaurants and lobby. The rooms are outside corridor entries, but you do not get the feeling you are in a motel. There is a really nice nature walk connecting all the buildings. The walk is alongside a small lake and right across from a golf course.

There are 2 reasons why I didn't give it a 5 star. First, there is way too much noise you hear from the adjoining room. I almost felt like I was sharing a room with the people next door. Second, when I checked in I had a few requests, nothing unreasonable, and they didnt even seem to give it any kind of thought. They seemed very rude. That shouldn't make me take away a 5 star rating, but I walked away upset and thought to myself there is no way I am giving this place a 5 star on tripadvisor.

With my 2 small complaints, I would definitely stay there again.

We arrived late and planned to leave early. As life would have it, that was our only regret in choosing this hotel. What a beautiful property! I would have happily stayed a week.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We booked on Hotwire and paid $93US plus taxes.

We were upgraded to a 4th floor suite with a kitchen overlooking the pool. As a result of a minor snafu on check-in, we were also given vouchers for dinner and breakfast. Totally unexpected. The staff were friendly, the grounds were very pretty, and the pool excellent. Parking was free. Internet was an additional $10. For those not wanting to drive, the hotel has a free shuttle to the gigantic Sawgrass Mills shopping centre. There is a full spa and the one of us who used it said it was very good.

Hotel is very convenient for visiting friends and family in Weston, Boca or Pembroke Pines which was our purpose for staying there. This is our third visit. The pluses start with the staff including the front desk, waitstaff and housekeeping. I also like the poolside bar and dining. Very casual and relatively inexpensive compared with other resorts. Food service was above average. Few areas of improvement would be updating certain elements of the rooms including the small or non-existent bathtubs. Also would suggest more resort activities for the kids. Overall you can't go wrong staying here for a conference, visiting family or business trip. If you're looking for South Florida beach activities, there are better places to stay- on the beach, of course!
