Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, room was clean.Large, lovely pool and excellent hot breakfast were a plus. They call it Inn, but it's more like a hotel. Good pool, good coffee, good breakfast.Freandly and nice people on the reception.
Staying there for a week or two last year. Didn't think to look at something else.

Nightmare stay. Smelly room, like if it used to be a smoking room. Thin walls, made outside noise very disturbing, since we couldn't sleep from a noisy night of partying. Security was contacted 3 times but couldn't contain it. We did not sleep at all. I call the front desk during the night 3 times, and the lady tells me "i don't blame you". The next morning i went up to the front desk and asked for a refund and to speak to a supervisor.
They said that someone will contact me later, up to this day i haven't received a call from no one.
Advise? DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!...... Unless you need some coffee.

Totally enjoyed my getaway. This hotel is a bit outdated on the outside but the inside is fantastic. Very convenient to shopping and food. I would definitely recommend staying here whether it’s for business or leisure.

This hotel has the nicest staff I’ve ever experienced! I’ve stayed there multiple times and took advantage of their shuttle service. They pick me up at the airport and take me to see my mom in a nursing home in the area. The drivers are all very friendly and professional, and they’re always available. Thank you so much for your hospitality, I’ll be back.

Lovely and tranquilo Garden settings, great hot breakfast but the staff are WhatsApp make it excepcional. We arrived late and there was an issue with the Air conditioning in the room but the hotel was sold out and no other Rooms available so Nadia at the front desk called nearby hotels to find accommodation to no avail. She then called guests who had confirmed reservations but had not checked in and found someone who forgot to cancel their room and since we were exhausted we were so glad she fit us in. The staff in the eating area also always greeted with a pleasant smile
