My wife and I have been looking for a great restaurant since we moved here from NJ eight years ago. Last night, on my birthday, we found it at Cabana Restaurant in Clematis. Wow! We were looking for a great paella and we were really, really impressed. The tostones rellenos sampler were magnificent and gave us a chance to try the ropa vieja, chicken sofrito and picadillo. Mojito comes with a sugar came stirrer and was delicious (they have non-alcoholic Nojitos also...nice touch!) Tres leches dessert was heavenly. Pedro, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. Sydney, our server, was extremely knowlegeble and gave us great recommendations. We can't wait to go back.

As people who eat frequently & are typically very critical, this restaurant is amazing. The staff including Pedro guided us through the total Cuban dining experience, which was fantastic. Everything was fresh extremely flavorful while being priced very fair. We look forward to not only visiting the palm beach location but the NYC one which is where we are from. Other reviews on trip advisor led us here & we want to guide others in the same direction

Very good food. To start, try the mushrooms as well as the fried plantains served with guacamole and aioli. I ordered the churrasco steak with yellow rice, black beans and chimichurri. It was was so delicious. Make sure someone orders the coconut rice, it's amazing!

After leaving North Carolina at 2:30 AM and finally reaching West Palm Beach around 7PM, my three friends and I entered Havana starving, tired, and irritable (to say the least) after driving so far and getting so little sleep. Our mood immediately changed when we entered the modern yet welcoming restaurant with the most friendly staff you can imagine. We had quite the challenges for our server, Gilbert, with 3 members of the party enjoying meat and alcohol and another member of the party who is vegan and doesn't drink. Gilbert was able to make EVERYONE so happy! The mojitos, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, were outstanding!!! All of the cocktails were excellent, with the mojito being a favorite and the pisco martini being an excellent choice for something very different. We had several appetizers: ceviche, fried plantains, and empanadas. All were amazing, and were accompanied by spectacular sauces. We tried a number of entrees, and all were exquisite, including the vegan entree. Gilbert was an absolute pleasure to meet, and all of the other server assistants/bartenders were also super helpful and delightful. We shared the tres leches for dessert, which was also phenomenal. What can I say - we came to Havana nothing short of a mess, and left feeling happy, full, and excited to have had such an excellent first meal in West Palm Beach. Besides the quality and creativity behind each menu item, the generous portion sizes make Havana worth every penny, all four of us couldn't have been happier with the value. We will definitely be back next time we make it to West Palm Beach!
