We went to Cabana twice in one week while on vacation in West Palm Beach. The first time was on the advice of Trip Advisor reviews and we weren't disappointed! The ceviche is outstanding, with delicious plaintain chips to accompany. For dinner we had the seared sea bass with the saffron beurre-blanc, spinach, and mashed plaintain-manchego and the sauteed salmon with black rice, lobster bisque sauce and mushroom empanadas. Absolutely delicious!
Our second visit was because the restaurant we'd picked for the evening was closed and we were nearby. So back to Cabana for the salmon a second time and the Churrisco - grilled skirt steak with chimi-churri sauce just like the Argentines make it. Outstanding grilled flavor!
We'll definitely be making Cabana a regular stop on our future visits to West Palm Beach!
