We went to Cabana twice in one week while on vacation in West Palm Beach. The first time was on the advice of Trip Advisor reviews and we weren't disappointed! The ceviche is outstanding, with delicious plaintain chips to accompany. For dinner we had the seared sea bass with the saffron beurre-blanc, spinach, and mashed plaintain-manchego and the sauteed salmon with black rice, lobster bisque sauce and mushroom empanadas. Absolutely delicious!
Our second visit was because the restaurant we'd picked for the evening was closed and we were nearby. So back to Cabana for the salmon a second time and the Churrisco - grilled skirt steak with chimi-churri sauce just like the Argentines make it. Outstanding grilled flavor!
We'll definitely be making Cabana a regular stop on our future visits to West Palm Beach!

I took my mother to Cabana Restaurant in West Palm Beach for a relaxed dinner. We sat at a high top table in the bar area and were immediately greeted by our lovely server, Shannon. She made us feel welcome and was very helpful explaining menu items. One of the maître de/managers, Carlo, came to our table to see if we had any questions. My mother wanted a Mojito, but did not want too much sugar (simple syrup). Carlo spoke with Shannon and they got us two Mojito's made exactly the way we had requested. We shared ceviche, a salad and an appetizer which were all made fresh and tasted wonderful. We were not going to order dessert, but Carlo insisted we try the tres leches. We cleaned the plate...it was delicious. I will definitely come back to Cabana for the food, atmosphere and exceptional attention to customer service.

Cabanas is the best place to go and have an excellent meal. From the chef John Jairo to servers Many, Ozzy, Jose and Sergio they are the best. Whoever hasn't had a meal at Cabanas Restaurant doesn't know what they ate missing out on. If you come to West Palm Beach don't forget to visit Cabanas.

My husband and I were visiting West Palm and stumbled upon this restaurant. My Coco Cabana and Mango Mojito were fabulous! The waitress and manager tried to do all they could to make our visit enjoyable.

We have gone back to CABANA twice in two weeks after our first visit and will probably will keep going back regularly. The service is simply excellent, the food exceptional, and the value is unbeatable. As a Latin American it is really hard to go out and find a restaurant that expresses the true essence of Latin American cuisine, respecting its roots and flavors. CABANA has managed to do just that. As a big plus, they have managed also to keep true to all latin american flavors with a twist of fusion and sophistication, without being pretentious.

The menu is a mix of different latin regions and cultures. You will find some international Spanish favorites as well. The wine list is wonderful and well balanced with the menu. Do not leave without having one of their delicious Mojitos available on several delicious flavors. Their appetizers are simply exquisite and their desserts..........are simply sinful! The atmosphere is relaxed contemporary-modern.

It is truly refreshing to find restaurants that go the extra mile to make a difference. CABANA is one of them. We cannot wait to go back.
