Read the reviews and was a little apprehensive. We both got the steak meal. The meat served was really yummy. We sampled everything and had the servers return with our favorites. We actually had to tell them no a few times. The pineapple was excellent. The waitress was great. Our drinks were always full as we're our plates. The buffet was great also. Well worth the price. We will be back next time we visit CityPlace.

Four of us stopped in around 8 pm on Sunday night to have dinner prior to seeing Daniel Tosh at the Kravis Center.
We figured an hour and a half would be enough time to eat dinner and still make the show. NOT so at Pampas Grille! We sat for 20 minutes with absolutely no service. Twice we asked the hostess to get us a server. In addition, we had asked if we could move to the dining room as the bar was freezing. The hostess stated that they only had one server on. It wad 8pm with a production going on with a 1000 people attending and management scheduled 1 server. We finally got up and left after 20 minutes and went to Mellow Mushroom. On the way out we stopped to let the guy behind the hostess stand know we were leaving. He respondef by saying "I'm not surprised, this whole place is run with incompetence" Prediction- this place will be closed

Service was just amazing. We spent 3 months in Brazil last year and we decided to eat some "churrasco" so we decided to try Pampas. We went to Texas de Brazil once and I'll tell you that Pampas is far better then Texas (also much less expensive). MEATS are about the same quality but the service was far different. The meat servers at Pampas were so attentive that we felt like VIP. Every single requests we had were taken care of by them. Our server was a very attentive Hispanic man that was very prompt with our table. Definitely a must go

I went there for mother's day and it was chaotic!!...The uniform code is questionable. The salad bar is very meek with slim pickings if you must go there. The servers kept passing us by and couldn't remember that I wanted my meat well done so I had to settle for medium well. Everyone looks like they're lost. My waiter even had the nerve to "borrow" sugar compartment and give it to the table across us<-----TACKY!!! anyways, this place is ok if you're bored and is desperate...I won't be going back there anytime soon!!

This is a nice and almost authentic Brazilian Churrascaria at a decent price considering the amount and variety of meats you can have. The salad bar was not as elaborate as other Brazilian BBQ restaurants, but covered the basics. Service and atmosphere were excellent. If you check-in on FB, you they'll give you a complimentary Caipirinha!
