Had heard about this restaurant a few times. For my birthday I decided to give it a try. Overall the food was quite good. Not an overwhelming selection but the feeling is do a few things and do them well. The staff was very accomodating towards my two kids. We started with mussels, which were excellent. Despite being led towards the pork chop which sounded great, I was told just prior to ordering that they sold out. My disappointment was blunted by the server bringing us a comp order of their delicious biscuits and strawberry preserves. Really very good. I had a meatloaf combo with mushroom gravy that was very tasty. My wife had crabcakes -- being from MD we know our crabcakes, but these passed the test. Overall, a good meal and a good time.
