Description: Awarded "A" Grade from the Palm Beach Post and rated "Excellent" by Zagat, Kabuki is a stunning modern Asian eatery enhanced by decorative lighting fixtures that create a dimly-lit, inviting atmosphere. There's a long, full liquor bar and a sushi bar in the rear of the restaurant which provides an opportunity to watch the sushi chefs in action. The menu is large and varied, offering both cooked and raw dishes, with an emphasis on small plates. You'll find everything from Thai-style Spring Rolls to Asian Empanadas. There's also a wide selection of Nigiri sushi and rolls as well as noodle and rice dishes, curries and stir-fries. Teriyaki dishes can be savored from the Japanese grill, along with a handful of entrees such as the succulent Crispy Duck or whole Fried Snapper, plus creative desserts like Thai Donuts with dipping sauce and Banana Tempura with ice cream.

Went to the PGA Blvd. location last night and was very pleased. As always, TripAdvisor ratings led us to a wonderful find. Tasty, inventive dishes with unusual flavor combinations and a wide-ranging menu. Often, when a restaurant tries too many diverse styles, it turns out they should have stuck with one or two specialties. Not here - everything from fried empanadas to sushi to Thai was spot on. Sorry we don't live closer, but will surely be back.

Sushi was good. Teriyaki chicken was good and it was a whole chicken breast (not cut into cubes like some places). We sat outside and enjoyed the warm, sunny weather (A much needed change from the snowiness of the Midwest!)

My husband and I were starving one afternoon and I remembered this place was right downtown so we popped in for some sushi tools and it was fantastic. I work at a very high end sushi place and can be very picky about what I eat and it's quality but this was superb. Very tasty and interesting rolls and normally I'd be eeked out by the fish scale on my salmon sashimi but let me tell you that this is a sign of freshness. Will definitely be returning and trying their new location in PGA which is right by our home.

We ate a variety of foods: Won Ton soup, shrimp appetizer, spring rolls, sushi, and pad tai. The food was all good. The appetizers were average. The sushi fresh and tasty. The pad tai was average. Top this with a little sake and one of the specialty martinis and you have a Asian fusion feast.
