“Not your Typical Hotel Restaurant”
Reviewed November 18, 2013

This Bistro is certainly a hidden gem of downtown West Palm Beach. Whether you are a guest of the hotel or live in Palm Beach County/West Palm Beach this is a great spot. They grow their own produce and rely of local purveyors for meat and seafood.

The Hogs Snapper was fresh and delicious. It came with an amazingly fresh cucumber, tomato and onion salad. The dish was filling and refreshing.

The atmosphere is cool around the bar area. It is festive, but not so overwhelming that you would not want to grab a table and have a meal.

They have a great selection of regional craft beers and the wine list is equally impressive.

Service is quick and friendly. We are looking forward to going back and trying other menu options. The burger looks amazing!

What really amazed me were the prices. Not your typical overpriced hotel restaurant. Prices were comparable to any restaurant in the area...and the value for what you get is second to none.

“Can't beet it!”
Reviewed November 13, 2013

Breakfast buffet was nice - standard fare and friendly service...

You have to try the blue cheese and bacon dip with homemade chips - YUM!

The beet salad (not sure if they came straight from their garden) was AWESOME! Fresh with great texture, creamy goats cheese.

Shrimp and grits was excellent

“Bistro breakfast delights again!”
Reviewed November 4, 2013

Returned after being here in August, and once again the service by Debbie was delightful and attentive. She knows who needs to get to a meeting quickly and who is there to linger over breakfast with a good read. Shared what a gem she is with the Manager, John, who is a really nice gentleman. Look forward to another visit.

“Ask for Debbie”
Reviewed October 19, 2013

If you have breakfast at the Bistro, ask for Debbie. She knows what is required to be of service. Beyond her efficiency and expertise, she is filled with a joy that radiates. A delight to be served by her.

The spinach and feta cheese omelette was good, but it was Debbie's service that made it special.
