“Nice place, great food”

The first night in palm beach, in search for a nice diner...clematis street, known for it's restaurants looked empty.. Almost no people in the restaurants..except 1...Pistache. Great french food, good wine and fabulous service. We recommend this place if you like French cuisine.

“Ooohhhhhh la la ... ;)”

I loved Pistache - it was Paris bistro chic, yet unpretentious. They have a fantastic terrace, and the food was delicious. It has become one of my new favorites end the price-value was fair. Oddly enough it is an approprriate choice for a business appointment, lunch with mom, and tempting romantic supper with your partner because they have different seating and bar sections which can accomodate different moods. They also offer free valet parking if you have your ticket validated after your meal.

“Fun place with good French food”
Reviewed January 21, 2013 via mobile

We stumbled across Pistache and really liked it. It has all the great French favorites like onion soup, steak tartare, moules and frites. They have a great wine list with some excellent deals too. There is a big bar with lots of action. We went one night and there was music too. Service was fine.

A pleasant restaurant in the older part of West Palm Beach. There is a varied menu, offering well-prepared food. The service is attentive. A place to be seen.

“A little bit of Paris in West Palm Beach”
Reviewed January 1, 2013

An excellent night and great meal. After a long drive down from Savannah - we happened across Pistache. A great find. A warm evening ... we scored with an outdoor table overlooking the park. The heirloom tomato salad was excellent, as were the escargot ... and the tenderloin tartar was outstanding with just the right amount of spice. Of course two perfectly made martini's certainly helped everything. The service was spot on - attentive without being overbearing ... and in case I did not mention, it was late on New Year's Day, when a lot of restaurants could care less. The staff and kitchen of Pistache made a perfect ending to a long day of driving south !
