Nice zoo - 15-20 minutes from Palm beach. Lots of animals in a very nice wild environment. Zoo restaurant with a nice view (but food available on the terrace = cheesee burgers/nuggets...). There is a better menu when eating inside but when you go in Florida...usually its not to stay inside.

Thank P G

Great place to take young children. Small enough so that they don't get exhausted. Not inexpensive, can be sticker shock for such a small zoo. Will be really worth it when all the renovations are completed.

Took our 3 year old son and 7 month old daughter to this zoo the other day on our palm beach vacation and it was surprisingly fabulous! Very kid-friendly with lots of animals that were accessible. My son loved seeing birds and black bears up close. The zoo was super clean and the people there were very friendly and helpful in guiding us around the zoo. Really pretty zoo and not overwhelmingly large either. They also have a great sprinkler park area for lil ones to run through in the warm weather. Very cute.
