The animals all seem very alert and happy, even the tortoises were zippy. The place is immaculate and the caretakers' love for the animals is evident. Our tour guide, Ashlyn, gave interesting background stories about nearly all the animals at the sanctuary. Playing with the lion cubs was a very special treat.

This was the highlight of my trip to West Palm. I found it by checking out your site. There are so many animals to see, and Kara is a wonderful tour guide. She has a great relationship with the tigers and all the animals there. She explained all the back story to these beautiful creatures. It was clear that the animals are well taken care and loved. A must See if your in West Palm :)

We truly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend it to all animal lovers living in or visiting the West Palm Brach area. Ashlyn is a great guide, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Her genuine care for the animals comes across clearly during her super presentation. We left the sanctuary feeling good that there is such a place that rescues animals and cares for them so well.

I've lived in South Florida for 38 years and JUST learned about this wonderful sanctuary. Kat, the tour guide, was knowledgeable and entertaining. The animals were beautiful and clearly well-loved. I was even able to get some pictures that looked as if the animals were right there with us, not behind chain-link fencing. I paid the extra donation to have the "romp" with the newborn lion cubs and can't even begin to express what an experience that was. Hard to believe the tiny cub sitting in my lap, gnawing on a stuffed monkey, will someday grow to be a full-sized LION. This is absolutely a must-visit attraction. While it may seem a little pricey, they are a nonprofit and all the tour fees collected go into care for the animals on the property.
