“FIVE but!!!!”
Reviewed January 29, 2013 via mobile

The idea is right, the pork tacos great, meat a bit dry, the house made hot sauce (3) well done, the guacamoles hand made to order outstanding!! the chips need work, thin and very chrisp, the service prompt and friendly, but the one outstanding personal down side was the lack of salt in almost everything. It is the house policy not to salt, because they say the food is prepaired so as not to need additonal salt!!! Should be my choice!!! The chip salsa was the most flagrant of the NO salt rule.
On a positive note the portions were great, large and well plated. We will be back!!!

Always a fun experience. Neat decor and atmosphere. Great drinks, and very good Mexican food. The price is reasonable and there always is a great crowd.

“Bad enchiladas nice waitress”
Reviewed January 21, 2013

Unfortunatley the food wasn't good and was way too much money to taste the way it did. The chips have seasoning all over them so I kept digging for the regular chips. The guacomoles good because its fresh but not mixed well. They dont have cheese enchiladas on the menu you have to ask for them and they came out with tomatillo sauce not the usual Chile con carne. They just tasted like frozen enchiladas from the grocery store. The rice and refried beans are great. Be prepared to only get tequila mixed drinks or beer theres no vodka or anything. I tried the tihuana punch and it was really bland. Its too bad because we just moved to west palm and love the area its located in. The atmosphere is fun and our waitress was wonderful. Food not worth the price.

“If you know nothing about TexMex you might like this place”
Reviewed January 17, 2013

The interior is cool, the guacamole is great but you should bring your own chips. I don't know how you totally ruin chips but they do with too much seasoning. I would say if you are in the mood for a drink and nothing else the place isn't bad. If you are hungry...keep looking

“Delivers value...and fun!”
Reviewed January 16, 2013

First, be sure to sit outside, or at least close to the street. Part of the good feeling one gets from Rocco's is participation in the Clematis street scene. Second, order the guacamole, because it is freshly made and served in handsome stone vessels that make you feel you are participating in an ancient tradition. Third, expect the food to be good and the portions generous, but don't expect creativity. We are regular patrons, and Rocco's can always be sensed on to deliver its solid food and ambiance.
