I have wanted to go here for a while, the commercials painting a visual of an experience which I was looking for. Unfortunately at this site the commercials promise was not met. We were anticipating this commerical like experience without any prior knowledge of the chain and that may have been our problem. We tried two starters and they were ok but not great. My wife and I tried meals while the kids went for the hand helds. For my plate, I had a real issue. My meal, called Longfin Tilapia Imperial should have been the best of all worlds for me, and at $17.90 I expected great things. Instead, I got a real awakening when I could not locate the shrimp or scallops listed on the menu. The fish was tasty and I enjoyed it. I mentioned this lack of the two items in my meal to my family and it was pointed out that one shrimp the size of my small finger nail was there. I also found two small scallops buried in something, the size of dimes (I pulled a dime out and took a photo but it was blurry or I would post it with this review). I pointed this out to the staff and I was met with shoulder shrugs. This kind of meal, which may or may not be typical for this menu listing combined with the indifference in the staff turned me off. We had before this all transpired been interested in the Sunday buffet promotions going on, with signes everywhere promoting it. However, upon a more careful examination I discovered it was $20 for a small meal and some adult drinks after Church. We don't chose to check this feature out based on our experience at normal times It will be a long time before we return to this place. Lastly, to end on a good note, the desert was decadent and enjoyed by the rest of the family. I had the most expensive meal and I was the one who was shorted on my expectations here. The rest of the family gave this place an average rating. Thus I will leave a poor experience with an average grade over all.
