For sure, this is a place for carbo loading! Lunches come with soup (help yourself to the crockpot!) and the meals are piled from edge to edge. Fancy? No. Filling? You bet! Service is charming and there's plenty of parking. Fried green tomatoes for sure, with some yummy ranch style dressing on the side.

I really want to give this place a 5 because the service was good the place is nice and cozy , family oriented. But the breakfest was blahh... My husband ordered a farmers skillet and it was ok, my grits could have been better. I ordered to go the Strawberry Torte and its the only thing I would go back for.

Atleast half the food is from a can or premade. The only thing good about this restaurant are its cheap menu prices and daily lunch sandwich specials which come with a drink and soup.

If you are looking for excellent food in a small town eatery, then you have got to try this place out! Great atmosphere and service is really good. the food is some of the best around. If you leave this place hungry, you missed something! The amount of food that is served on your plates is unbelievable. The steaks are huge with a price from about the 1980's. Cooked to perfection!

Try the grouper, four stars. Charming atmosphere. Locally owned and operated. I enjoyed this experience so much I went back a second night. They also serve breakfast and lunch.
