“Have seen three plays here - all rated five stars!”

Intimate theater with community players and some professionals. Would recommend a matinee or an evening production. I've only seen three musical productions, and all were excellent.

“Wonderful”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 30, 2012

We saw "The Full Monty" here a few months ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. The venue is very nice and well kept with close free parking. The production was very good. And the tickets were easy to get and not overpriced as many shows are in Fla during the season.

“Class act!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 27, 2012

I was surprised to see such talent in this small town of Vero Beach. Great shows like "Guys and Dolls", "Buddy" (Buddy Holly story), and "The Full Monte" and great comedians year round. Ticket prices are not cheap but it is more than worth it to see these shows in such an intimate setting.

“Perfect evening”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 8, 2012 via mobile

If your looking for a perfect evening in Vero Beach this is what you do, I found out the hard way!! BEFORE you go see a show go to RIVERSIDE CAFE which is 300 yards from the theatre. Don't let the name cafe fool you. this place is filled with locals and its right on the water and has a great happy hour. Give yourself a solid hour and a half go eat and drink then go see your favorite show at RIVERSIDE THEATRE. Even thou these two establishments are not related, they sure do go hand in hand. If your going to the show you will find that EVERYBODY goes there before the show. The place is packed. Whether your going to see a play, or a great comedy show the theatre is a great way to spend an evening in Vero. On the day we went we saw a comedy show. They have main stream acts guys that where on HBO, Leno, Letterman, Def Comedy Jam etc...you will not be dissipointed. Hit Riverside Cafe first then the show and you will thank me later!!! Enjoy

“Quality productions in an Intimate Setting”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 25, 2012

The Riverside brings quality professional theatre to Florida without the crowds or the need to drive long distances. The small setting allows for good acoustics and visibility. Free parking is convenient. Good location and easy to find. Reasonable ticket prices and good variety of events, even childrens' theatre. Also adjacent to the fantastic Vero Beach Museum of Art and close to good local restaurants, so you can make a full day of it if you like.
