first the good news. the setting is beautiful, especially, when on a warm evening without strong winds, you can dine outdoors and enjoy the ocean views. there were three of us. one ordered the snapper and the verdict was "ok". one ordered the flounder which was "good". i ordered the pork steak only to be informed minutes later that they were out. so i had the flounder too and it was not bad -- not over-cooked, always a challenge with flounder. the hostess and server were very pleasant and cheerful. it just took too long for food to come from the kitchen (the dining room only seemed to be about half full) and WAY too long a wait to see if we wanted coffee/dessert and WAY too long to get the bill. if cobalt could raise the quality of the kitchen a notch or two and train the service staff better, this place would be a knock-out.
