Food was very good. Pretty average fair and wine list. They have 2 for 1 drinks, but only for those drinks that don't sell very well. Nothing top shelf or of quality. Enjoyed the location and the inside restaurant, but I would not hurry back.

We went for a change after eating at the Upper Crust... we vowed to not go back. Restaurant was not busy and the service was slow. We had a portobella benedict and an omelette - both of which were served lukewarm. Long wait for refills on coffee while we waited. Lots of waitress/hostess chit chat.

Stopped in yesterday morning for breakfast at Altha's. As there were no outside tables available we opted to dine in the very attractive interior dining room. This place was rather busy at the time. Our food, plentiful to say the least, was delivered in a reasonably fast time. I had pancakes and sausage my wife had eggs, home fries and toast. Food was pretty good, not great, but tasty and hot. Coffee was constantly refilled and dirty dishes removed immediately. Service was good, waitress was constantly asking us if we needed anything at all. Basically, we found it to be everything we had read on TA. Give it a try, you decide.

Or first choice was Upper Crust, but with a 45 minute wait, we decided to opt for Althea's. wee lucky enough to snag an outside table, not sure how pleasant breakfast would have been inside.

They happened to be out of the special, so dropped back to a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. It was good, but I have to say don't go there for the coffee or the orange juice. Coffee was weak and the orange juice had some thick syrupy stuff in the bottom of the glass. Certainly not fresh squeezed, but I think it might have had calcium added or something. Yuck. The owner was delightful, but our waiter wasn't particularly good. Didn't even come back to offer more coffee. Which would have been turned down... Liked it, but didn't love it. Next time? Make a reservation for breakfast at Uppr Crust!
