Luna has by far the best Italian food in West-Central Florida. Located on a side street adjacent to downtown Venice, Luna is always busy. Have been there about 5 times in the last three years, and never disappointed. Great Food and Pizza, enormous portions (so big that no one can eat all of it so you take it home or share) excellent service, interior decor is that of a sports bar, very nice looking interior and well maintained lawn and plantings. We split a 15 inch pizza, delidious, but half of it went home for the next day.

The food is good but the service was horrid. If the lady who seated us is the owner she needs a big attitude adjustment!! Wouldn't eat here again if I had to talk to her. Had a problem because we got the wrong dish she literally jerked it away from us!!!! What a B

Very disappointed. Ordered lasagna with salad. Salad was super but entree took an hour and it wasn't lasagna... just a pyrex dish of sauce, melted cheese, noodle pieces, and a few pebbles of meat

We have eaten here several times and have always enjoyed it! The pizza's are HUGE and Awesome tasting! They made a mistake on our "toppings" and the waitress asked us what we would like to do to make the order right, giving the impression that they would do anything we asked! To me, it was the perfect response to a customer! We always take visitors to this restaurant!
