The Shamrock Cafe has a cozy neighborhood restaurant feel. The low key strip mall setting might make it easy to overlook but it is worth trying. The food is good and probably would be termed comfort food by many. The corn chowder, the soup of the day, was rich and creamy. The hamburger is worth returning for. The service was fine and it was interesting to note the high percentage of customers greeted by name as they entered.
