Description: Robbi's Reef is a floridian-style restaurant that focuses on fresh, quality seafood and smoked in-house barbecue - a winning combination for the whole family to enjoy! Robbi's Reef is located in a beautiful, 175 seat restaurant overlooking a small body of water & beautiful fountain with large windows to maximize the view. With plenty of private parking, a full indoor & outdoor bar, a fresh seafood market, lots of large fish tanks to entertain, and plenty of photos of locals with their "big catch" to peruse, kids and adults will enjoy the casual, relaxed atmosphere and the wonderful food!

Really it's very popular, but I thought the menu was limited in scope. My fish was blackened unevenly and the vegetables were a little oversalted, but on the other hand the service was great and the restaurant's decor was unpretentious and not kitschy. My parents who live in Venice rave about it though.

The outside is nothing fancy... but once inside you are in a 'fisherman' atmosphere. Don't let the restaurant front deter you from coming in. There seemed to be a lot of locals that eat here- even a table of law enforcement men.The fish taco dinner was very good- seemed to be popular with many here. The Bayou Willys Pasta was very tasty- creamy and so flavorful! We ate here for lunch...we didn't have to wait, but it was quite busy

I was very impressed with the friendliness of our waitress and other staf members. The entree I had was delicious. I doubt there's anything that can be done about the noise level -- it's the price of sharing a popular place with every table filled with folks enjoying themselves, but that's the one improvement that would be welcomed.

First time dining at Robbi's. Food is high quality, plentiful and reasonably priced. I dined on blackened mahi tacos. There was plenty of fish in a flour taco, served with black beans and rice. The grilled shrimp dinner served up 7 large shrimp, perfectly grilled and a choice of 2 sides. For those looking for a cocktail they sere beer and wine only.

Restaurant is in strip mall across from Brickyard Plaza. First thing you notice is the loudness of the conversations, poor acoustics. As a single diner, I ate at the 8 stool bar. The menu is somewhat limited so I had the 1/2 lb big Kahuna hamburger which came with fries. Although they were quite busy, the french fries were way overcooked and were more than crispy. Would think if busy they would be undercooked! The burger was excellent, however. Not sure I would return because of the noise level and limited menu.
