We were going back to Verducci's on Blind pass but due to the windy conditions outside and the main dining room closed for renovations, we decided to go to Middle Grounds. We have eaten here in the past and liked it. We went with friends and they were impressed with the menu. I was too but the prices are a bit more then i expected. With that said, I had the Sirloin that was cooked exactly as I liked it. With it I had the Au Prove that was just ok, I was expecting more of a peppercorn glaze than a sauce. I do not like to comment on what I did not eat, but my friends loved their food and the presentation. We did not have wine or dessert as we went to Mazarro's on 22nd ave north in St.Petersburg and purchased a Terramitsu to have at home after dinner.
Parking was easy, and did i mention hey have a HUGE fish tank righ in the middle of the restruant. We like that!
