We gave this restaraunt a second chance after they overcooked my steak Au Pouive, they sent out my second Steak au Pouive as only a grilled steak ($30.00) without sauce or peppercorns. We stopped going for at least 2 years. Tonight we went back, I ordered a Rack of Lamb medium rare. It was served medium well, totally brown with a slight amount of juice. I asked for a new one cooked properly, brown on the outside and red on the inside. The owner came out with tables around us and brought the plate back and tried to convince me it was medium rare, when there wasn't a bit of red anywhere on my plate. When I disagreed with him and told him to just take it off my bill, he threw his arms in the air in front of everyone and acting as if i was out of line for wanting my ($33,00) piece of meat cooked the way I want it.
