I don't go there for the service but for the food. They do speak minimal English but have pictures on the wall that you can point at. The food is really good. Customary for Latinos, the portions are large and satisfying. Take-out is probably the best, unless you don't mind sharing your table with the local flies (literally)... to which you may need to arrive armed with your own fly swatter.
I love Cuban food so I can't recommend only one dish... it's all been good. I understand they may be owners of La Nina (1571 Overseas) in Marathon. Would make sense bc their food is equally as good and I visit there often.
