Once again, another restaurant that used to have very good food but now has increased their prices and the quality of the food has slipped. My wife and I have not been in a long time due to the decline in the food quality but decided with family in town to re-visit. It's a busy place with peanuts in big barrels at the front that you can munch on while you wait. Not very much room to sit and wait so people stand around on the outside. They give you a playing card to hold until they call your card (King of Spades). There are p-nut shells all over the floors so you need to be careful with the elderly to ensure they do not slip and fall. Restaurant is exceedingly noisy and it is very difficult to hear the people at your table. Mostly an older crowd with some children but not too many. We ordered prime rib 120z, rack of ribs, and a burger. The salad plates were ice cold, the salad itself was not crisp but slightly limp. The Prime ribs lacked flavor and were fatty (medium & medium rare were ordered) but they were cooked to order. The hamburger was ok. Onion rings were overly cooked and hard to bite into. The server was pleasant, keep our drinks filled and gave us our check expeditiously. Will return I'm sure but not in the near future.
