Don't let the gas station strip mall location fool you, this is some of the best pizza in north county.
Just walk in and smell the pizza oven!
Do not forget to order the home-made hot wings. But don't touch MY DRUMMIES

Originally from New York and best pizza I have had since coming down to Florida! The crust was thin but cooked to perfection!

We were told about this little gem after driving past it for years. A small unit in a non-descript strip mall hides a genuine little gem of a place. The food is excellent and plentiful. The premium brick oven pizza is wonderful value for money feast. The place is small, very clean but quaint. Staff are very friendly and helpful, you can have a beverage while waiting for you meal or carryout if you prefer. We have not eaten pizza anywhere else since finding Plum Tomato. Strongly recommend you give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

After living nearby for 8 years and driving by hundreds of times, we finally found our favorite pizza place ever - right under our noses. It doesn't look like much from the outside, as part of a small semi-dull strip mall. Inside, it's totally different, with old fashioned, NY style Italian decor, very clean and cozy with a bar and booths. Yes, it takes 20 minutes, but the pizzas we've now had there were the best I've had in Florida - the best since I lived in upstate NY, where all the places compete and claim to be best. Instead of shredded ingredients that you might get at a fancier place south on Alt. 19, the varied and delicious toppings come as individual, thimble-size chuncks, so that each bight is a new taste treat totally unlike the typical one-taste pizza in which freezer-burn is the main flaver. We haven't tried the entres yet, but they look great. The service is good and the prices are reasonable - actually a steal for such high quality. An extra large (huge) house pizza is under $19 and it feeds us twice. Don't miss this obscure little place, because it's a real gem.

Great pizza, huge portions for the $$. Brick oven pizza, airy but crispy crust, and garlic knots to die for. Eat here you will be happy! The outside may be off putting (behind a gas station in a strange little strip mall but inside its a great italian bistro, not strip mall pizza joint kinda place. Wish we had a place like this by us!
