We stayed one night (Easter Sunday); I think the hotel was mostly empty based on the overall atmosphere and staff attitude. The Front Desk person was dressed very casually (too casually for a customer-facing job!) and didn't seem very interested in working. We got to our room pretty late and wanted to get right to bed, but found that the sofabed that my son needed to sleep on wouldn't open. The maintenance person, also dressed very casually (most Residence Inns have uniforms or dress codes in my prior experience - but not this one, at least not this particular night), took a quick look and said he couldn't fix it, and gave us keys to the room across the hall...so we had to move all our stuff. Breakfast was good, lots of options. The person at the desk for checkout was very friendly. My guess is this hotel serves mostly business travelers (given the location) and probably is great during the week and when it's busy/full, but because it was a holiday and quiet, I think everyone got a little lazy. I'd give them another try if in the area again, but overall, unimpressed compared to other Residence Inn experiences at many different locations.
