This was the first time I had stayed in a Hyatt, (we used my husband's reward points). We got a room nr the top which is what we requested, it was facing the water, with a lovely view. The room was one of the best I have stayed in.
Unfortunately the restaurant that I really wanted to eat at, Oyster Catches (which gets highly rated reviews on many websites) was closed for refurbishment, so that was a bit dissapointing.
There's 2 pools, we didn't bother with the one closest to the hotel as it would be shaded until mid day due to the height of the building, so we went to the one which was a 5 min walk away through the wooden walkway, the pool was great (although the pool bar area was shut - not sure when it would be open?!), and the walkways were beautiful as the birds came to feed and roost at many hours during the day. Towels were provided which was nice, and toilets/changing area are next to the pool.
I would love to stay here again!
