“Excellent food. Great restaurant.”
Reviewed April 18, 2013 via mobile

I dined here on the advice of co-workers in the area and I was hesitant at first. I had high expectations for food and very low expectations for service. I was warned that the portions were huge and that the skirt steak was a must have. I ordered the baby portion of steak (pic below) and there was way more food than I could eat. The streak was cooked perfectly. It was served with rice, some lettuce, fries and plantains. Everything was very good and the cost was very reasonable at $17 for the plate. I can't imagine how big the regular plate must be (at $27).

The wait staff was fine and the food was ready very fast. This was likely due to the time I went. I arrived just after 6pm and only one other person was there. By 7pm the place began to fill up and seems quite popular.

The restaurant is tucked away and you would have to be looking for it to find it. it seems popular with local law students as that is all that seemed to be dining here.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great, authentic Argentine food.

“AFTER 4 TIMES IT IS STILL A CHARM !”
Reviewed April 14, 2013

Last night we visited this charming restaurant again, I tend to review it every time I go there. Their beef dishes are ALWAYS spot on. Also, try any of their Peruvian seafood dishes and they are superb too, Having been to both Argentina and Peru they rate right up there with native restaurant kudos to the chef. Try the argentinian empanadas and the argentinian sausages they are authentic. To make the evening a spectacular occasion the services was great thanks to our server Nazarena which was on top of all our needs. To top off the evening try the "panqueques" which are a thin crepes stuff with "dulce de leche" a very rich caramel.

“Below Average Food & Service”
Reviewed March 26, 2013

Came here for the burger because it had good reviews. It seemed far fetched, but I figured maybe not because Argentina is known for meat dishes. It was terrible. It seemed like a pre-cut patty and had no flavor. It was like a Burger King burger. The Shrimp Tostones were average. The waitresses have the worst attitudes. THEIR FACES TELL YOU THEY HATE WORKING THERE AND SERVING YOU.

“Flies & Terrible Service”
Reviewed February 19, 2013

Waitress was too busy watching TV to help us for several minutes despite being the only customers. Ordered a steak and there were several flies on it when it was delivered to the table. Waitress brought it to the table and almost ran away. Unbelievable.
