Really made out trip perfect by setting us up In a room for the night to see the town! Quick service and the cookies were great. The other hotels in the area don't hold a candle to this new renovated rooms

Great place can't wait to come back!

After our horrendous near miss at the Rodeway Inn near Ybor City we drove for a while to find this nice option for a stay. Keep in mind that there are several renovations going on here so you are going to hear construction during the day. At night, it is somewhat quiet, save for the speeding motorcycles on the road in front of the hotel. Fresh cookies are amazing, the price is reasonable, and if all you need is a quiet rest, this is the fit for you. The pool is very small and the breakfast is basic at best. Nice options for food within spitting distance, (please don't spit here, though) Five Guys Burgers on one side and the Wing House on the other. Late night runs for drinks can be handled at the Exxon station. I wouldn't specifically choose this hotel again on purpose, (at least until the renovations are done) but I would stay here again if I needed something close. Fairgrounds are right across the street so if you are looking for that, this is a good choice.

Room Tip: We stayed on the side facing the Wing House and Exxon, it could get a little loud there but not sure if other side is quieter.

This is a great place to stay if visiting the tampa area. It is very convenient to the freeways and lots of local attractions. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. There is some construction going on right now but it did not interfere with our visit at all. There is food available in lobby to purchase, gym and outdoor pool. The morning breakfast had hot and cold food options with a little dining area. Plus there is a Five Guys restaurant literally sharing the parking lot for more food convenience. Great place for a good price with the casino in sight.

The staff here was amazing! They truly made us feel welcome and understand what customer service means. We travel frequently and hardly ever get this good of service.

The rooms do need some updating which they are in the process of doing. Our room smelled very musty but was at least clean. Hopefully the remodel process will get rid of the must smell. The cabinet the mini-fridge and microwave are in needs to be replaced as it was crumbling. I'm sure that will get done with the upgrade.

The beds were comfortable and we love it had 4 pillows. Not all hotels give you extra pillows but they did and we are huge fans of that.

They serve a warm continental breakfast with biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, white egg omelet, sausage, pancakes, cereal, bread, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit. It was an impressive spread and they seemed to keep it well stocked.

The location was perfect! We were there to attend a concert at the fairgrounds and we were able to walk there and not deal with traffic (which looked completely crazy). With the 5 Guys on one side and the Wing House on the other, there are walk-able eating options which also means you don't have to drive anywhere.

We didn't use the pool while here but saw it from the breakfast area and it is small. It wouldn't be a place to stay primarily for the pool but all the other amenities make up for it.

We will be back and will be staying here again.

Room Tip: view of fairgrounds was nice
