This is our favorite of the several Spanish restaurants on Columbus. My wife and daughter usually share the grouper a la Russ (portions are generous, even in 2008 when many restaurants cut back due to costs). My favorite is puerco asado, roast pork. If you want to be healthy, go for the pollo asado, roast chicken. They also have some specialties on a white board near the door to the kitchen. One I like has steak, sausage, peppers, onions, and potatoes chopped and fried together, I can't remember the name. If you aren't familiar with cuban food, try the caldo gallego, a soup with collards and beans, which is my favorite of the side dishes.
Service is friendly and quick. The waiter we had yesterday had limited English, but the owner was quick to help out. It's a small place and easy to get attention.
If you're flying into Tampa, it's really close to the airport
