My husband and I had lunch at Oxford Exchange in late May. To begin with, it is in a beautiful space and great location (across from University of Tampa and close to downtown). The architect and designer have done a beautiful job with the space - I would say it would fit beautifully in NYC. Anway, it is not only a restaurant but also a lovely bookstore, homeware store and a place to have tea or coffee.
The restaurant itself has two seating areas - one in an atrium and the other in a main room. We sat in the atrium which was beautiful and bright.
Now for the food - my husband had the turkey club which was filled with a nice amount of turkey which was fresh and moist along with all the other goodies (avocado, tomato, swiss, etc.) and served on a grilled piece of bread - he really enjoyed. I had the steak sandwich which was ok only for the fact that the steak was a bit tough and the bread ended up soggy but the flavors were very good. We had sides of the french fries and sweet potato fries both of which were also very good. A little bit of a disappointment is - no alcohol - but they have a great and creative selection of tea drinks.
We would definitely go back! (open for breakfast and lunch only)
