Let me start out by saying that my family roots are from Manchester New Hampshire even though I'm a born and bread Floridian. I was visiting an aunt and cousin who were staying near Tampa and they love New England Clam Bellies so I took them to Taste of Boston, both raved how great it was and that even though the batter was a little heavier than what they are use to up north the clam were great. I found this place three years ago and make a point to eat there on each trip I make to Tampa. Not only is the food good but the ambiance is great. It is located in a city park right on Tampa Bay with a pier . There is seating inside and out on the patio over looking the water. Don't let the size of the building and its bait and tackle shop appearance deceive you. (they do have one in the same building behind the restaurant). You will enjoy the seafood.
