A short line trolley serving the tourist areas near to Ybor City. the cars are nicely reworked in wood and air conditioned for a relief from the heat. We enjoyed our round trip and used the trolley as a rainy day short tour of the area. If we'd had more time it would have been a convenient way to visit the museums.

Having a ride in this train is really funny!!.. the Train is very beautiful, as it is more a turistic attraction. It goes from the Historic district of Ybor City to downtown. I recommend to stop by Channelside, where you can find nice restaurants and bars.

I love this street car! It reminds me of home (New Orleans). The conductors are very friendly and helpful. They announce each stop clearly and are willing to share tourist information. We booked a tour guide through the TECO office for my 5th grade class and the guide was wonderful. He told us the history of the area and of the street cars. This is an enjoyable ride for anyone of any age.

I strongly recommend the $5 all day pass. This way, you can ride from stop to stop getting off where it's comfortable without having to pay again. The schedule is published and they run pretty close to schedule. You can get it at http://www.tecolinestreetcar.org/

We generally get on near the Tampa Bay History Center and ride to the end in Ybor City, have lunch at the Columbia, enjoy the Saturday market or street festival and return late in the afternoon.

Took friends and their kids from Ybor City to the Harbor to see the major cruise line ships, the shops in Ybor and just to ride in the A/C cool cars without the hassle of parking and letting everyone see and shop at a walking pace ... historic trolley cars with modern touch.
Rode the whole system several times and stops along the way all for one price ... saved gas and my nerves.
