Owner description: Do you want to see and fish beautiful Tampa Bay and its surrounding waters? Then join Capt. Mike for an exciting day on Tampa Bay. Florida's west coast offers some of the best fishing in the world and with over 25 years of experience, we know where the fish are. The Tampa Bay area holds a variety of game fish including snook, redfish, sea trout, tarpon, cobia, snapper, sharks and much more. For beginning anglers we will supply all gear and provide instruction to maximize your experience. For experienced anglers we can show you the tricks of "thinking like Tampa Bay fish." On our excursion we will not only catch the bounty of the Bay but also get a glimpse some of the other animals that live in and around it. It is common to see bottle-nosed dolphins, manatees, pelicans, ospreys, cranes, and flamingos to name a few. Along with fishing and sight-seeing,we can visit some of the beautiful, unspoiled islands such as Egmont Key State Park, Ft. De Soto State Park, and Paradise Islands. Visitors to these islands can swim and snorkel in The Gulf of Mexico, explore the shore and take photos or just relax on the beach. There are also many waterfront restaurants and local pubs where we can stop for a quick drink or even have lunch while out on the water. I am hereto tailor your day on the bay specifically for you. I want to make it memorable and enjoyable for you, your family and friends.

Captain Mike was on time as scheduled when he picked us up. He explained everything that we needed to know about his boat and the weather and sea conditions. He also discussed the plan for our trip and the kind of fish we were after. Captain Mike Murray made sure all of the gear on board was ready to go as soon as we arrived. he made sure we were safe with the equipment as well as moving about the boat. When we began catching fish he gave expert advice on landing our fish safely. He always kept an eye on the weather and sea conditions. He was very easy to ask questions of. He didn't waste time in areas that were not productive. A good time was had by all. he brought us back with lots of fish for the pan. With the unpredictable weather in the area, we made it back with time to spare. I would highly recommend his services and we are looking forward to another trip in the future.

We spent 3 days on the water with Capt. Mike and what a fantastic time we had! He went above and beyond the call to ensure we had a great fishing adventure. The fishing we great - redfish, snook, cobia, flounder, sea trout, sheepshead, shark, etc! Capt. Mike was very friendly and hospitable, and safety was always a priority. I would recommend this charter to anyone looking to have a lot of fun and do some great fishing in the Tampa area. It was well worth the trip down from Burlington, Ontario! We will definitely be coming back!

I don't get much opportunity to spend quality time with my son as I'm in CA and he is here in FL. We made arrangements with Capt. Mike for a half-day charter. It turned out to be a fantastic day. Capt. Mike was so personable and helpful as we are novice anglers. He made it an educational as well as an exciting experience. Both of us caught 45 lb+ Drums as well as multiple trout, most of which were too big to keep! I would recommend Capt. Mike for a great day of fishing!!

My family and I hired Captain Mike to guide us on the Monday before Christmas on Dec. 24th, (his flexibility was much appreciated!) Six of us as passengers plus Captain Mike fit fine in his boat with room to spare. Casting was a bit tricky at few times, but overall plenty of room to comfortably fish. Although it was "Winter Fishing" in Tampa, Capt. Mike still put us on numerous spots where we pulled in Sea Trout, Snook, Small Groupers, Sheepshead, and Redfish. Due to the season, the fish were on the smaller side, but we can't wait to come back in the Spring/Summer to see what Capt. Mike can put us on then. My brother even got the Inshore slam (Snook, Redfish, and Trout) all in one honey hole.
