False advertisement that they have wifi in the whole area. It does not cover the whole hotel. The place is home to strange people and the swimming pool can close at any time although they advertise it from dawn to sunset. I found a staff member's lunch in my room. she/he left it behind after a poor service, leaving the garbage behind and no towels. TV signal works whenever it wants and only two people were polite at the front desk. The are is questionable so I am telling you DO A FAVOR TO YOURSEFL AND TO YOUR FAMILY AND AVOID IT. There are other hotels with the same price where you at least are not yelled at when you ask them why the swimming pool is not open. Now if you like showering in questionable bath tubs that have a strange black color and keep company to cockroaches then this hotel is for you.

Room Tip: Choose another hotel

My friend and I stayed here for two nights in July 2012. Upon arrival the property seemed normal, but immediately during check we realized the first of several inconveniences, their advertised WiFi isn't actually WiFi for the whole hotel, as its only available in the lobby (which closes at 9 and only has two chairs) and around the pool area. Ok, annoying and misleading, but not the end of the world.

Next, as soon as we open the door to our room we're bombarded with the noxious smell of mildew in the air. Not knowing where or why this smell was everywhere, we turned the A/C in hopes of clearing the smell. Later in the evening we realized why the smell existed, the A/C was leaking water steadily into the room and soaking the entire carpet of about a 10ft area near the A/C unit and front door. When we contacted the front desk they told us we could not change rooms.

The next day, while we were gone from the room, and despite a do not disturb sign on the door, the staff proceeded to enter our room to clean... and decided to steal property from my friend. She had just removed and left a ring on the counter before we left that morning and it was gone when we returned. The front desk hung up on her when she called to complain, and offered no explanation or apology when she spoke with them in person.

Further more, one of the bed covers had an large hole in a corner. The desk chair was covered in dirty and mud all down the legs. There was food crumbs on the floor of the room upon our arrival, and remained there, despite the cleaning that resulted in property theft. They also put us next to a family that was apparently there for a long term stay, and decided to have a classy BBQ from the back of their pick up truck blaring music from 8pm til 1am outside of our room.

Never again. Not worth the experience. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere that appreciated your business and property. Ghetto, ghetto, ghetto.

Room Tip: There are none. All equally crappy.

For starters the room was not what I expected. The shower was old and rusty, the comforter had food crust stuck to it and of course the stars of the show roaches. We changed rooms but it wasn't much better. Roach spray as well as bed bug sprays just to insure a nignts sleep. This place is just good for cumming and going.

The only reason I won't completely write off this place as a failure, is due to the lady that was working the front desk. She was super nice, and showed how great customer service can actually help out in a poor hotel situation.

The hotel itself is very old and run down. The individual stairs creaked and two of them were actually loose. Not entirely safe. Room would not get cold, no matter how high I set the AC. The switch that is supposed to engage the drain stop in the tub was broken.

Comforter had many holes in it, and all that was included was a thin sheet, and that disgusting comforter. No intermediate blanket like everywhere else.

Area isn't full of hookers/drug dealers as older posts suggest...it's not the best area but it seems like it's been cleaned up a bit. There's really nothing around here though, this is right off the highway.

Bed was not as bad as it could have been.

If you want something quick and cheap, especially on a business trip, go for it. I would spend a little more and get a better value though, if you are visiting on vacation.

when we arrive the hotel did not look nothing like the picture on the internet. this was a horrible area and it look like only pimps and prostitutes hung out there. the young lady was very pleasant but i informed her that my family and i were not comfortable staying there. therefore we did not check in and cancel the reservations. she understood and stated there was no problem. please clean this hotel up by demolishing and rebuilding.
